Sea Salt Goat Milk Caramel Tub
Each tub of gluten-free candy weighs 8 ounces. This tub contains the end pieces and smaller pieces of caramel that we don't wrap. The caramels are made with farm-fresh goat milk from our pastured goats. They will stick together, but you can easily cut or pull a piece off whenever you want. We love to use this in caramel recipes, such as apple pie, crepes, or any caramel recipe you need.

Storage: Caramels are best stored at room temperature (or slightly cooler) in an airtight container out of direct sunlight. The container they arrive in will work well for this purpose. They are best used within 3 weeks. After this point, they are still good to eat, but the sugars may crystallize which may give the candy a grainy texture. If you do not consume them before the "best by" date, they can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 6 months.

Ingredients: Raw goat milk, cane sugar, light corn syrup, cow butter, vanilla extract, sea salt.
