Our light and airy ciabatta are started early in the morning so it's ready for your lunch or dinner table. They start at 180 grams before baking. Using super ripe sourdough gives this bread its great taste. This bread makes a great sandwich, bread for soups, or to dip in oil blends. Our personal favorite is to slice the bread, put marinated feta on it, and soak up the oil from the cheese.
